Hot, Hot, Hot! Our villas featured in Grazia Magazine
We are delighted to announce that Trujillo Villas España has been featured in a wonderful feature by Nicholas Kynaston in Grazia magazine. Villa Martires and the Artists Studio are both featured. Nicholas Kynaston writes:
‘British company Trujillo Villas has six stunning properties here, for all tastes and budgets, from the chic artists’ studio that sleeps four, to the incredible Villa Martires, which dates back to Roman times and sleeps 10.’
Nicholas Kynaston recreates the magic of Trujillo perfectly. The town, a short drive away from Madrid couldn’t feel further from a tourist hotspot. From the rich history of the region and delicious food, Trujillo and the whole of the Extremadura region are perfect stops for any family on a Spanish driving holiday.
Trujillo has many charms, one of them being the closed order of nuns from whom you can buy delicious baked treats. Nicholas writes:
‘Run by a closed order of nuns who are forbidden direct contact with the outside world, customers must go to a revolving wooden hatch… Once you’ve ordered, money must be placed on a turntable, which revolves behind the screen to be replaced by your cakes and change – surreal!’
