Extremadura is famed for its local delicacies and authentic Spanish cuisine. From exquisite Iberico ham (made from black Iberian pigs fed exclusively on the dehasa accorns) to Pimentón de la Vera – Spain’s smoked paprika that is also its second most expensive spice.
