'We had our wedding anniversary while at the villa and the in-house menu made by the cook was fabulous. The weather was perfect on that day, we sat in dappled shade on one of the terraces with our daughters and their friends enjoying the local ham, gazpacho and the most delicious tortilla I have ever had!'

'The family had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Moritos. We explored the area and our young boys found it educational. We loved seeing all the different birdlife and particularly all the cranes!'

'The villa occupies the most beautiful spot in what must be one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The accommodation strikes the right balance between comfort and elegance, cosiness and grandeur. The gardens are exceptional - we look forward to returning in the Spring.'
'We would strongly recommend the town as a delightful base from which to explore the fascinating region. The villa is exeptionally situated and extremely comfortable. It felt more like a home than a villa. The service received from Trujillo Villas Espana was highly personal and much appreciated.'

'Beautiful villa. Exceptionally well situated villa with fabulous views. Remaining private and not overlooked and with a wonderful garden. Trujillo a beautiful quiet town with lots of character, well situated off the A5. A fantastic week - thank you! We hope to return.'

'This villa was amazing, restful and opulent - congratulations to the interior designer!
We feel priviledged to have stayed here. The villa, at the top of the historic town has breathtaking views, is very comfortable and feels loved. The pool entertained young and old. On and when you look skywards you see buzzards, storks, easles and feel blessed. Trujillo is great for academics and historians.'
Sara & Alastair.
'Trujillo was a wonderful, totally unexpected surprise. The authentic Spain all around - churches, palaces extraordinary. The home made biscuits at the Convent - absolutely delicious and mysteriously sold via a wooden turntable! The villa had a timeless quality, yet completely up to date with amenities. We loved it.'

'You could spend a week in Trujillo alone with its maze of streets, the lure of the buildings and churches and the slow, relaxed pace of life. Villa Moritos is magnificent, the garden and views spectacular. This is affordable luxury at its best.'
Alex & Anne.
'This is the only holiday property we have ever returned to and we will return again. Villa Moritos suits our needs very well and we are greatly enamoured with Trujillo.'
John & Linda.
'Villas Moritos is a lovely, cool and spacious house set in delectable gardens with wonderful views and sunsets across the unspoilt Extremaduran countryside. At the same time you are within the walls of one of Spain's most historic and interesting towns, 5 minutes walk through medieval and renaissance streets from the ravishing Plaza Mayor.'
Tom & Lucy.
'Trujillo is one of the loveliest towns in Spain and has much to offer. The location of Villa Moritos could not be better: One walks out of one door into the town and walks through the house onto a lovely terrace with superb views. We have been renting properties in France, Italy and Spain for over 20 years and Trujillo is the only place we have returned to and intend to return again.'
